1,505# : 416” (1,385 Jutras X 1,142# VanKooten) A new personal best for us for the 3rd year in a row. It was a very large orange pumpkin with a huge circumference at 203-inches. The 1,505# set a new site record at Uesugi Farms, Morgan Hill, CA. It was 2# over the chart.
1,400#: 390” (1,161 Rodonis X 1,385 Jutras) This one has the potential to be our best seed ever! It was pollinated by the 1,385#, which produced our 1,505#. This pumpkin was orange, trouble free and went 13% heavy.
1,278#: 391” (1,092 Martin X 1,385 Jutras) This pumpkin is also a dynamic cross! It was a light colored fruit that was our 2nd largest until a pinhole opened up on a sag line.
1,131#: 371” (1,014 Holland X 998 Pukos) It was a light colored pumpkin which was a steady grower with no stem splits or problems. It went 5.8% over the chart.
996#: 358” (1,092 Martin X 1,255 VanKooten) This pumpkin was harvested early for the Puyallup Fair, otherwise it would have reached over 1,100#. It was a very tall pumpkin with a light color and was 3.5% heavy.
830.5#: 326” (1,162 Holland X 998 Pukos) It was also harvested early for the Puyallup Fair. It had a very nice shape and good orange color. It weighed 13.8% over the chart.
